Amy qualified as a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2007 and has since specialised in Residential Property, Commercial Property and Property Litigation. Amy’s caseload includes residential sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity together with New Build Properties.
Amy has numerous years experience in her field and worked in a number of busy firms for the past 17 years before finally making the decision to work independently as a consult in 2023.
At the beginning of 2020 Amy took her wealth of experience and expertise to a dynamic and modern team at MD Law and headed the property department and was also an integral part of the Compliance Team.
Amy provided training to team in all areas of the Conveyancing process, the updates in the legal changes, and the regulatory requirements and policies and procedures.
Amy enjoys not only supervising but working as a team member achieving happy clients and a strong team bond.
